Windows 8 Wallpaper

Made this mostly as a test for making a copy of the new perspective-based Windows flag. I liked the old four-color design though, so that's what I did here.

I'm not happy with how large the tiles are. I guess I'll experiment with 120x120 tiles sometime later.
